This Privacy Policy describes how RaagaPay (under parent company The Sonic Story) collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when requesting evaluation packs, rate cards, or signing up for our newsletter. This includes your name, work email address, organization name, inquiry details, and optionally your phone/WhatsApp number.
We use your data solely to respond to your inquiries, deliver evaluation packs, process licensing requests, and send updates regarding the ISMIR whitepaper launch (if you opted in). We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties.
